Era's Gift Exchange 2025
Hey Era! Gifts are finally here. But before we dive into where to buy them or how to send them to your peers, we have a small statement regarding the ongoing server issues:
Unfortunately, we never received the complete infrastructure upgrades we were promised two weeks ago, and communication regarding them has remained non-existent. Considering this, we're refusing to delay gift release any further and have decided to go through with their release. While the server updates we did recently receive should hopefully keep the game in a more playable state in regards to the level desync issue, there may still be stability risks outside of our control. We will keep you updated should anything happen, and thank you for your continued understanding and patience.
Important Information
Opening Date
Gifts will be enabled for opening on January 19th. Each player will be assigned an opening time on January 19th ranging from 6 AM to 6 PM EST and will still be allowed to open gifts any date past this.
Limited Items & Distribution
For limited items that can be obtained through gifts, they are no longer distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Each present is assigned a unique ID, and right before the first batch of presents are opened, the server will randomly roll present IDs to determine which ones contain limited items. This means you can open your gifts later in the day and still have a fair chance at receiving a limited item.
As an additional reminder, only the 500 G$ gift tier rolls limited items, while only the 500 G$ and 300 G$ gift tiers roll legendaries. All non-limited and non-legendary loot can still be found across all gift tiers however!
Black Friday Stock
Any unclaimed limited stock from Black Friday will be rolled into this year’s gifts. These items will be included in the same randomized present ID system, giving players another opportunity to obtain them through gift openings.
Rainbow Gift and Santa's Sled
The free rainbow gift at Start and the roaming sled that drops gifts across Era City will both be released and enabled at a later date. We'll let you know through our official communication channels when both are live.

Where to Buy
Players can head to any of the following locations this year to purchase the 100 G$, 300 G$, and 500 G$ tiers. You can read more about loot differences between tiers in the section above if you missed it.
For this year's gift stall locations, you can head to the town square in Ornament Town or search for any of the following locations on your player map:
Start Park
Mercy Beach
Mercy West Hospital
How to Exchange Gifts
After purchasing your gift tier of choice, open up any player's profile and navigate to the More Actions menu in the bottom right.
A Gift XMAS Present option should now be available post-release. Tap on this to pull up the exchange menu.
For gift trades between players, choose Exchange and an exchange invitation will be sent to the receiving player. Once accepted, a trade menu will be opened up for both trade partners. This is generally the best option if you don't want to risk getting scammed at the trade tables!
To send gifts without receiving any in return, simply choose the Gift option.
Players can send up to 25 gifts at a time per exchange this year. Once you've chosen your trade amount and written your greeting card message, you're good to go!
