Fishing Mini-Event 2026
Hey Era! We've been paying attention to your feedback, and it's clear many of you wish there was something new and entertaining to do on Era now that Summer break's arrived. In response to this, while players await the release of Haunted Harbors which is estimated to be ready around the end of June - Beginning of July, the team's decided to put together a small-scale fishing event for you as a little bonus before the upcoming HH release!
This mini-event will last for a total of three weeks and end on July 8th 2026 around noon EST.
There are hats, achievements, and items to earn for this mini-event. Read through the categories below to learn how the event works, what the rewards look like, and the achievement list!
Event Details

4 new species of tropical fish have arrived to the game! They'll only be found in Era's waters for the duration of the event however, so you'll need to stockpile up on as many of them as you can. Players of all fishing levels can now commonly find Beta Fish, Blue Tang, Puffer Fish, and Bluecheek Butterflyfish while using a fishing rod.

As you accumulate tropical fish, you'll be able to exchange them for money by talking to the Tropical Fish Exchange NPC found within the Fishing Shop.
Each tropical species sells for the current G$ rates:
Blue Tang: 6 Gralats
Bluecheek Butterflyfish: 6 Gralats
Beta Fish: 8 Gralats
Puffer Fish: 10 Gralats
